We take accurate impressions of your teeth in our office for the purpose of making a custom guard designed specifically for you and to your dental anatomy and health. Custom guards are fabricated from long-lasting, medical-grade materials that are superior-functioning compared to manufactured devices. 

Our Process: What to Expect

• First Visit: We discuss your symptoms and whether an occlusal splint or a night guard would be appropriate for you.
• Impressions & Design: Digitally or conventionally, impressions are taken to create your custom appliance.
• Fitting Appointment: After your appliance is created, we make sure it’s the correct fit and comfortable.
• Follow-Up Care: Progress monitoring and fitting as necessary are achieved with follow-up visits.

Caring for Your Appliance

Gentle use is required to prolong the life of your night guard or splint. The following are some easy care guidelines to remember:

• Rinse off after use.
• Clean with soap and a soft toothbrush (never toothpaste as it is too abrasive).
• Store in a well-ventilated case when not in use.
• Avoid heating, which will distort the material.
